Solved 'Importing' a page to my computer's WORD doc

Specs: Windows XP, Intel Atom
Thanks! I wrote a small instruction manual. I already have it as a Microsoft WORD document on my flashdrive.
I now have a color 'cover'. This page is stored on my artist's computer.
How could it be added to my doc, to be the new first page? [It might be easier just to bring it over to my flashdrive, as a separate (file?).]
Thanks again for your time.

Is the cover in Word format? If so then just go to the beginning or your document, insert a blank page and then copy & paste the cover page into it. If it is not a Word document then see if the creator can convert it for you. If you have page numbering then you will have to reset that to start on the second page once you've inserted the cover.

I'll ask her about the converting you mentioned. Thanks for your considerate reply !

No problem, by the way I would recommend editing your original post to remove your email address.
