Specs: Windows XP
Here is what I am trying to do, I have 3 different plans 1530, 1847, 1907 each has a different price, \$1759.00, \$1877.00, \$2361.00. so to save time when I enter the plan # I want the price to be automatic. I know it is something like this;=if<1847 than 1759 if =1847 than 1877 if >1847 than 2361I know =if(b19<1847,1759) works and =if(b19=1847,1877) works and =if(b19>1847,2361) also works I just don’t know how to string them together. Let me know if you can figure it out. See More: if than functions

Hi,Try this:=IF(B19=1530,1759,IF(B19=1847,1877,IF(B19=1907,2361,"not a valid plan")))This assumes that the three plans are stored as numeric values in cell B19.If the plans are stored as text, then use this:=IF(B19="1530",1759,IF(B19="1847",1877,IF(B19="1907",2361,"not a valid plan")))In either case, format the cell containing the formula as a currency, to get a result like this:\$2,361.00Regards
