I have a cell with an IF statement that functions as follows:

=IF(((((J9-H9)/30)+((G12/1920)*12))/J6)>=100%,"ACCEPTED (1)","REJECTED (1)")

I have also applied conditional formatting so that Accepted appears in Green and Rejected appears in red. What I need to know is how to make the cell show no text at all if the formula in the IF statement is equal to zero. Can anyone please help with this?

Try this: =IF(((((J9-H9)/30)+((G12/1920)*12))/J6)=0,"",IF(((((J9-H9)/30)+((G12/1920)*12))/J6)>=100%,"ACCEPTED (1)","REJECTED (1)"))

MIKE

It seems like there are a few more parenthesis than required. This formula appears to return the same results:

=IF(((J9-H9)/30+G12/1920*12)/J6=0,"",IF(((J9-H9)/30+G12/1920*12)/J6>=100%,"ACCEPTED (1)","REJECTED (1)"))

Thank you. That is what I needed.
