Specs: Windows XP
i hv used jst average of cells frm different sheets and want to use these sheets frthr , n there are cells with no data in original so fr those cells it is dividing by 0 i.e showing error, bt i want it to show the cells as empty cells if there is error. pls help

Not sure what it is your trying to say,
but if I understand you correctly,
look at the =ISERROR() function.

HOPE U WROTE IFERROR(),
ACTUALLY I NEED TO KNW THAT IF ERROR OCCURS, CAN I HAVE AN EMPTY CELL INSTED OF THE VALUE ASSIGNED TO THE CELL.

Without knowing what your formula does,
you use the =ISERROR() function something like this:

=IF(ISERROR(A1/B1),"",A1/B1)

=ISERROR() will return TRUE, if there is an error and thus show a blank cell,
if it is NOT True your computation is done.

So you could do:

=IF(ISERROR(Your_Formula),"",Your_Formula)
