Solved If one cell in range contains certain text return other text

Specs: Windows 8
I have one cell whereby I want it to display either "No" or "Yes; see below" based on the results of 5 cells in a range. The 5 cells in the range will display either "OKAY" or "EXPLAIN". The problem I'm having is this: If any one of the 5 cells in the range changes to "EXPLAIN", I want the first cell with the formula to display "Yes; see below". Only if all 5 cells in the range display "OKAY", do I want the first cell to display "No". Is this possible?

✔ Best Answer
Try something like this:

=IF(COUNTIF(A1:A5,"=OKAY")=5,"No","Yes; see below")
