Ican not get into my billing account because of my password

Specs: Windows Vista, rogers
My password to get into my Rogers account just stops working for whatever reason, this happens and do wish I knew why.

Are you saying it sometimes rejects a password that has worked fine before? If so, how do you manage to get it working again?

Are you by any chance using CCleaner? If so you have to set it to retain the cookie for that website or you have to start afresh each time you run CCleaner.

Otherwise best take it up with Rogers, unless you can furnish more detail so that we can try to work out what is going wrong.
