This works on a PC, so try this:

Select the Home Tab on the ribbon
Select Find & Select (far right side of ribbon)
Select Replace

Not completely sure what the first string of characters are
but I believe there is a space between the character :
and the string http, if there is not, modify the below by
not using the space character.

In the Find What box enter the string: * http
that is the: Star Character, A Space, the text string: http

In the Replace with box enter the text string: http

Click on the Replace All button

That should get you what your looking for.

EDIT ADDED:

On further thought, you do not need the space character,
simply:

In the Find What box enter the string: *http
that is the: Star Character and the text string: http
should work just as well.
