Do you have the disk that came with the printer?

Have you ever been able to print with using windows-7 which is your current operating system (or is it?).

No, the computer is running windows xp. I have gotten everything from peachtree and the other programs to print, I just can't get first choice version 3.5 to print.

Sorry seem to have misinterpreted your post... Somehow I was under impression that First choice was win-7 variant - which came about via google search info about First Choice...

Is First Choice a business software package?

If it's the one I found... It is "very" old. Seems to be dos package too not windows?

Yes, it is very old, and dos based. If there is no way to get it to print with and HP printer, is there software that my family can use to get the info off of first choice and onto another kind of account software?

Positively google will change it to programs from programmes as its an American outfit...
