Microsoft Publisher 2010 software

Specs: Windows 7, 4 gb
When I receive an odt document and try to open it, I get a blank page. I am using Libre Office and my friend is using Open Office for her program. Word Pad opened it but it was way off center to the left.

I assume it is the same if you Save the odt file into Windows then open it from there.

If none of it is missing in WordPad maybe you could copy paste the text into a new Libra Office document.

Seems odd that there is a Libra -v- Open Office compatibility because they were both grown from the same source.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Yes I tried to do that but it would not let me paste the words into Libre office.

If you highlight the text in WordPad then use Copy (or Ctrl+C keys) you should then be able to open a new (blank) Libra Office document, click the page and then use Paste (or Ctrl+V) keys to get the text in place.

I've never known a word processor that cannot have text pasted into it from elsewhere.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
