Hi,

I am trying to do the following. Cell A.: Word in Cell no brackets. Cell B I want to put Cell A and the following: (Created) in brackets. then i can do this for all Cells below.

This is what i am trying to acheive Within one Cell Say

Cell A1: Room Power.

So Cell B1 should show: Room Power -(Done by Others)

Cell B1 : Room Power -(Done by Others)

In B1 enter the formula:

=A1&"( - Done by Others)"

or you can define your comments in another cell like Z1
so in cell Z1 you have the text string:
(Done by Others)
then do:

=A1&Z1
