i have always thought that somebody was copying my files specially since my excel files are kept in usb

Those are usually "temporary files" that are created when the document (spreadsheet, word-processing, etc) are open. Normally they disappear when you close the document, but they can remain if the document was somehow improperly closed (like after an Excel or Word crash)

They are Temporary files created by Excel and are usually Hidden.
They should get deleted when you close the file.

"Somebody" is copying the files. The Software Program/OS.
