I have 3 criteria in cell D - Name of Political Party ( Name of party is X, Y and Z, Cell E - Position ( Position is President, Secretary, Vice President and Member) and F - Ethnicity (BCTS, Dalit, OEC, RM).

I need to know how many president from Dalit ethnicity elected from Y Party?

How can I get such data from excel sheet?

When you say "cell D" I assume you mean Column D.

A cell needs both a Column and a Row reference, therefore there is no "cell D'.

Assuming that is correct, look at the COUNTIFS function:

COUNTIFS(criteria_range1, criteria1, [criteria_range2, criteria2]…)

=COUNTIFS(D:D,"Y",E:E,"President",F:F,"Dalit")
