Hello,

I need assistance with writing a formula in excel for example I have 11/2/2016 8:30 AM 11/3/2016 8:30 AM and need to show this as two days, not one. And, this: 10/30/2016 12:15 AM 10/30/2016 12:56 PM
I need to equal one day. I don't think Simply adding a 1 is going to work,

Can you please help

Sure it will, if you use this formula:

With your data like

         A B
1) 11/02/2016 08:30 11/03/2016 08:30
2) 10/30/2016 00:15 10/30/2016 12:56

In cells C1 enter the formula:

=INT(B1-A1)+1&" Days "&HOUR(MOD(B1-A1,1))&" Hour "&MINUTE(MOD(B1-A1,1))&" Minutes"

Drag down

See if that does what you want.
