Hi, I am using Excel Macro VBA and i am accessing another application(Siebel) which also uses VB Script. I am trying to do an insert record operation from my EXcel Macro-VB script which in turn invokes a Siebel-VB Script which displays a confirmation MsgBox. I want to return vbYes to this MsgBox. Can someone help me in this?

If I understand you correctly, your Excel macro triggers a macro in Siebel and the Siebel macro opens a Message Box.
You now need your Excel macro to effectively click the "Yes" or "OK" button on the Message Box displayed by the Siebel macro.

This might be a question better asked in the Programming forum.

I assume from the question, that you can't change or duplicate the Siebel macro with a version that gets a response from Excel, rather than displaying a message box.
