HII.......i am unable to open,copy green colored name files,and unable to remove encryption contain to secure data check marks from property dialog box so please help me .....

Sounds as if those files were encrypted by someone else. That's why you can't access them. That's the point of encryption.

You'll have to ask whover encrypted them to decrypt them for you.
