If it's a one off, I'd sort the data on column R, then scroll down to the topmost cell in R with the value 3999, mark the consecutive rows and move them. Then sort on column Q etc, and repeat for column P. This should take about 30 seconds for an unexperienced user, so it's probably quicker than writing a macro.

If you need to keep the order of the rows, insert a new column with numbers 1, 2, 3 etc. for each row, so you can re-sort both the sheets afterwards.

Hello Nigel,
Yea thats a pretty simple way, I am trying to get some brownie points by developing a spreadsheet that will automatically calculate data which will save the department i work for tremendous time. I want this spreadsheet to automatically populate data based off sheet1. If you want i can send you a copy of the document and more of what im trying to do.

Nigel heres an example of the spreadsheet...

L M N O
Length Width Height Weight
348 112 96 17820

Ok if this row was to meet any of the criteria then i would want it to populate to sheet 2 automatically.
Sheet 2 consists of everything thats either over 96 wide, over 102 Height, and over 3999 weight.

Sorry my knowledge doesn't include macros or automation. My reply was based on the info given in your original post. Hopefully someone else can give a reply based on the current info.

(Just curious, are the figures metric, made up or something else?)
