How to keep formatting in a Macro

Specs: Windows XP
Hello all!

I am making an annual list of all our employees, and need to ensure that anything changed from last year is highlighted, or otherwise marked (bold, italic, whatever...) I'm using a find_matches sub macro to update work locations for the affected employees, however I don't know how to make the changed cells stand apart from the unchanged cells.

Any insight provided is much appreciated :)
