How to get data on 1 sheet to map onto cells multiple times.

Specs: Windows XP
A. I need to populate three columns in Sheet (Master) with data from three columns in Sheet 2 (Route Info).

B. "Route Info" lists the data needed for "Master" in exactly the order it is needed (I'm 95% sure).

C. However, the "Master" row might require the same info from "Route Info" three, eight, eleven (or however many) times in succession, but the needed data is only listed once on "Route Info."

How can I get the data from "Route Info" into "Master" and eliminate the potential error I listed in B (above)?

Data from Master:

Route of Day	Route :	Cooler Time:	OLD Due Time
103	103-2	12:30 PM	10:00 AM
103	?	?	?
103	?	?	?
107	?	?	?
107	?	?	?
107	?	?	?
107	?	?	?
108	?	?	?
108	?	?	?

Data from Route Info:

ROUTE	COOLER TIME	OLD DUE TIME
103-2	12:30	10:00
107-2	12:00	10:00
108 - 2	2:30PM	11:30
109 - 2(110-2)	1:30PM	11:00
117 - 2	2:00PM	11:00
144 - 2	12:30	10:00
162 - 2 (354)	12:00	10:00
163 - 2 10:00	9:00
231 - 2	9:00	8:00

First, a couple of posting tips:

1 - When you use the pre tags, you have to put a slash before the one at the end of your data to turn them off

Your Data
(without the spaces, of course)

2 - You should include Column letters and Row numbers so we can reference your data by its location.

In this case, I'll assume your Route Info data starts in A1.

Try this...

insert a helper column to the left of your Route Info data so that you'll have a new Column A.

Put this formula in the new A1 and drag it down so that you get just the first 3 numbers from Column B.

=LEFT(B1,3)

Now you can use VLOOKUP in the Master sheet to pull the Route Info data in.
