If this is one time (or not to often) task, then this procedure should work. If you will be doing this as a repetitive task, then you might want to consider using VBA (a macro). Put theses formulas in C2 and D2 and drag them down:

C2: =IF(ISNA(MATCH(A2,$B$2:$B$6,0)),A2,"")

D2: =IF(ISNA(MATCH(B2,$A$2:$A$6,0)),B2,"")You should get this:

A B C D 1 Col1 Col2 Result1 Result2 2 1 2 3 2 3 4 3 5 5 5 4 6 4 6 6 7 1 7If you need to process the results further, you can select Column C:D and do a Copy...PasteSpecial...Values to remove the formulas and leave the values.
