Solved how to do date + 30 days in a word doc

Specs: Windows XP
File updates the current date but I also need the current date +30 days later in the doc. As in "Please return your documents by (30 days after today)"

I have not done much with Dates in Word docs,
so all I can offer is this link:

It's a doc file with a tutorial on Date Fields and how to use them.
Should give you a handle on getting what you want.
