How do I create a formula to calculate and percentages and then format?Im trying to create a fairly complex percentage formula to track inventory. The goal is to mark my current spare count if it falls below 3% of the total units that I have deployed. If column E is the number I have in deployed and column F is the number I have spared, I need F to format if it falls below 3 % of E.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use the Conditional Formatting feature with this rule:=F1/E1<0.03Whenever that formula is TRUE, the Conditional Formatting that you choose will be applied.Obviously you'll need to modify the cell references to match your requirements.message edited by DerbyDad03

That works perfectly! Thank you very much. How do I apply it to all cells in the column starting at F3 on?
