How to copy data from one sheet to other on conditions?

Specs: Windows 10
I want to Copy Risk ID from one sheet Named as "Risk Log" on the basis of its "Impact" and "Risk Rating" on to summary sheet and Paste it on Risk Dashboard Sheet as per the Impact and Risk Rating in one cell of each category.

There is a polite way and a correct way to ask for help mon amis, please let us where you are getting stuck, what sort of solution you are after, VBA (possible), formula (not too sure).

How are your worksheets laid out?

 I will take care of this as its first time I asking help in any forum.
I will the thankful if anyone can help me in this.
As stated earlier I have two sheets one names as "Risk Dashboard" and other as "Risk Log". In Risk Dashboard I want to make summary of Risk IDs on the basis of Risk Impact Class as below:
Risk Impact Class           Risk IDs 1 to 5      Risk IDs 6 to 14     Risk IDs>15                                                  
1.Effort
2.Schedule
3.Quality
4.Effort-Schedule
5.Schedule-Quality
6.Effort-Quality
7.Quality-Effort-Schedule
8.Revenue Leakage 
9.Low Profitability 
I want to update the above tables with risk IDs mentioned on Risk log sheet on column "I", Risk IDs on column "A" and Risk Impact on Column "F". All Risk ID's between 1-5 copied on cell joining 1. Effort and Risk IDs 1 to 5 column.
Hope have defined my problem clearly.
