Hi,

How do you calculate number of days with todays date with a status of Overdue;

Row O555 contains status of "Overdue".

Row Q555 contains date of which works should of been completed for e.g. 12/9/2018

My current formula is not working;

IF((O555,"Overdue"),TODAY()-Q555)

Thanks in advance

The syntax for an IF() function is:

=IF(logical_test , value_if_true , [value_if_false])

each section is separated by a comma.

Not sure about what your doing, but try this:

=IF(O555="Overdue",TODAY()-Q555,"")

Row O555 doesn't exist.

There's a Column O and a Row 555.

The intersection of those 2 items is cell O555.
