Solved How to add picture in to Google sheet cell

Specs: Windows 10, 8GB
I'm maintaining a Google sheet for official purposes. Recently, I wanted to add a screenshot to the sheet cell. Just like adding a note or comment. The screenshot to be viewed when clicking on it. I searched for it. But, I couldn't find it? how can I do it?

1 - Store the screenshot image on a server and use the Insert menu (or Ctrl - k) to put the URL in the cell. You can leave the URL showing or you can change the text to be your own words. When the user hovers over the cell, the link should appear and the user can click it.

3 - I don't do macros in Sheets, but if this was Excel, I think I'd write a macro using the Worksheet_SelectionChange event so that image would open when the cell was selected by the user.
