Look here for a Macro:

http://www.cpearson.com/excel/DateT...

Scroll down about 1/3 of the page to the:

Military To Time

This function converts military time, supplied as an integer, to a standard serial time number. For example, it converts 1130 to 11:30, and 1650 to 16:50.

With either of these Custom Formats: 00\:00 or 00":"00
you can make your number Look like a time,
but it will only be a number and you will Not be able to do any Time Math with it.

And in the future, Excel questions are best asked in the Office Software Forum
