Specs: Windows 10, Intel R Core;i3-401OU
The True Key app is shown in my Program files and when I tried to uninstall the app. it said there are open files which I should close and then, try deleting the app. How do I find the open file/folder since I closed all the other apps I previously used.

I expect that you'll be able to uninstall the program after
rebooting the computer. Shutting it down should close
those files. Let us know whether that does it.

Some application start with Windows. Something they will reference files and folders and keep them 'open' until the application is terminated. Check your notification area for the "True Key" application and if it exists, right click and Select "Close, Exit".

You can also stop the application from booting with Windows, have a look through the applications settings area for such option. If you cannot find it, open task manager, go to startup programs tab, look for the True key app, select it and press disable, then restart and follow Jeff's instructions.

I got the "True Key" app removed. Clicked Local Disk C, Went to Program Files and Clicked Intel Security.
True Key and Uninstall showed up in the Intel Security. After the Uninstall, I rebooted.

Thanks Jeff and AWTLearn.
