Did you used to have Microsoft Office? What happened to it? Later versions eliminated it but I've read that it can be installed thru Microsoft Sharepoint Designer. It's available for free download from Microsoft. After downloading, when you go to install it, select Customize, then choose Picture Manager.

EDIT: I just tried it & it's a rather tricky installation. There are dozens of choices on the Customize menu & they're all pre-selected. It's best to uncheck all of them & then check the box for Picture Manager. After it's installed, find Microsoft Office on the All Programs menu, click on it, & then click Picture Manager. After another brief install & a few clicks of the mouse, it will then become one of the "open with" choices when you right click on a picture file.

You can get it as a stand-alone program but it won't integrate with Open Office as that is not Microsoft:

Oops. I overlapped with the previous post because I went back to check something.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
