I assume you have the password and user name. You can save it from your browser which appears to be Internet Explorer. What operating system are you using - there's no Windows 64, so you presumably mean the 64 bit of something or other?

From Internet Explorer you ensure the menu bar is showing then use "File > Save As". You can save in two ways, html which gives you a folder and a file - you open it from the file. The other way to save as a single file (mht). You need to experiment because although the single file is worth trying sometimes the html file works better. When you have it working see if it still works with networking switched off.

If you run into trouble try another browser such as Firefox, although this does not allow a "single file" save without an add-on.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

I already fixed it by printing as PDF which is a function in W 10 I did not know about. So problem solved.
