HOw can i repeat rows in excel

Specs: Windows 7
i have a few thousand rows containing unique data in each row. each row is tagged to a number ( say running from 1 - 10), i want the row to repeat (1 -10) rows depending on the number.

How do i get it?
this would help m save alot of time if someone could help!

Hi,

eg:

Utilisation Allocation Run days
284 900 1
383 900 2
470 750 1
638 750 4

540 900 4
1076 1000 3
451 900 3

1015 1000 4
610 900 3


Is it possible to enable excel to deuplicate numbers of rows as shown in the column under Rundays.

Column A - duplicate 1 times
Column B - duplicate 2 times

so on and so forth...

Your explanation is still confusing.

In your original post you said:

In your next response you said:

What is that you want to repeat/duplicate - rows or columns?
