You haven't given us a lot of information to work with, so I'm not sure how much help we can offer.

I'll toss a few things out:

You said "my document" (singular). Is it one specific document that has this problem or are all Word documents printing incorrectly?

Do any other apps have the same issue? Excel, PowerPoint, your browser, etc?

Have you looked at your printer preferences to see if they are set to print at a low percentage?

Have you tried another printer?

What, if anything, have you tried in the way of troubleshooting?

all documents printing small. I have not used Excel etc. Browser ok. The typed info is shoved to the left side and takes up about 2/3 of the width of the paper. There is a grayed out column of right.
Printer settings look ok. Dont have another printer.
Thanks

"I have not used Excel etc"

Since Excel and PowerPoint are Office products, it would worth a quick test to see if there is an issue with the Office suite or just with Word.

"Dont have another printer"

Download the free CutePDF Writer from the following site. After you install it, it will appear in your printer list just like any physical printer. When you print to it it will create a PDF. It would be interesting to see if the PDF comes out OK. No ads, no spam, just free PDF's. Even if it doesn't solve your printing issue, it's a good utility to have.

Have you reinstalled the printer drivers? You should go to the manufacturer's website and get the latest drivers.

Have you rebooted your system?

Have you done an Office Repair?
