hotmail cant recognise my account of more than 5 years

Specs: Windows 7
had a hotmail account and now cant access it each time i type my email address and passwork a not tells me that account domain is reserved

This can occur if the domain in question is using Microsoft's Exchange hosting platform or has any domain information associated with Microsoft. If so, then the domain is considered "reserved" and changes to any settings, like the email addresses, will have to be done by the "authorized account holder" which is the email address registered with Microsoft to be the domain administrator for Microsoft services.

I have tried changing and was given an option to enter new email they could contact on so I have registered a new account but needed to access my old account to respond to my emails
