Header line stays on page where I move it from

Specs: Dell
So when I make a header with a line underneath, I think it's called Title header, the line stays on the page where I move it from.

Like I would have a header but replace it by the one with a line underneath..the header will jump to the previous page and when I bring it back (enter ) to the correct page the header line stays on the other page. How do I remove this? Also; can I change the color of that line?

I'm sorry but I didn't fully understand.
Please try to rephrase the problem.

I think you're confusing with a header (title) of a page, between an actual header (which is the same for all the pages in the document. Meaning, a change in any page would result in all pages) and footer.

If I misunderstood, I apologize.
