# Get the exact value based on % of Achievement

Specs: Windows XP
 Please help me with the formula in an Excel Sheet:-I need to get value one cell based on the % Achievement. For e.g if A1 is 100 and B1 is 50 then C1 will be a formula Calculating the %.Now in D1 the value should appear based on the %, if the % achievement is less than 49% then D1 should be A1-20%, but if C1 is more than 50% then D1 should be A1-80%.

 Then D1 still remains A1-20%, sorry should have been more specific. it should be less than 49.99%.

 You still haven't clarified your requirements, you've simply narrowed the gap.From Response #2:"it should be less than 49.99%."From your original post:"if C1 is more than 50% then D1 should be A1-80%.
