Filtering Macro for Values =1

Specs: Windows 7
I am new to the power of macros, so please bear with me. I know my way around the surface of excel and understand the ins and outs of the program, but I am now creating sheets that need a lot more depth to them than what I am used to.

I have a list that needs filtered to another part of the active sheet if the quantity value is >=1. I also need the next 5 columns to follow suit. The cells will run from A3:A319, and if they return a value >=1, then I want them starting in L3 and continuing down. Cells B3:G319 need to follow suit, but only if the value in A is >=1. I have thought about vlookup and other misc formulas, but it seems too tedious and not as error proof.

The list is a plant list for landscape bids, and because I don't want to have to delete 300 rows of plants for every bid, I just want them filtered to another part of the sheet so we can print out one page.

Again, I am new to macros, but can figure out tweaks here and there if needed, I just have no idea where to start.

Thank you in advance!

Wouldn't Advance Filter do the job?

An Advanced Filter will work, but it might help to automate the process by recording the creation of the filter and running the macro each time instead of re-creating the filter each time you need to update the list.
