Specs: Windows Vista
I need to make excel generate some values for me. The point is to make it generate random values within +0.05 and -0.05 from the original value in each cell to the left.

Hope you guys can help me.

Thanks a lot in advance

Try this in B1 for values in A1:

=RANDBETWEEN(-5,5)/100+RANDBETWEEN(-5,5)/10+A1

RANDBETWEEN only works with integers, so the first part takes cares of the hundreds place and the second takes care of the tenths.

Keep in mind that RANDBETWEEN is going to generate new numbers every time the sheets calculates.

See this thread for a workaround:

Be advised that the =RANDBETWEEN() function is part of the The Analysis ToolPak which is an add-in file containing
extra functions which are not built in to Excel.

To see if you have it installed:
On the Task Bar
Select: Tools
Select: Add-Ins

Should be near the top of the list.
