failed to install iskernel files in windows 7

Specs: Windows 7
My Corel Draw X5 bombed this morning. I uninstalled it and tried again. I now get the msg:
1. Failed to Install KERNEL Files. Make sure you have the appropriate privileges on this machine.
I have tried: right-click on the installer file to choose "Run as an administrator", but the option isn't there. I have tried to change the compatibility to Windows XP, but the option is also not there.

If "Run as an administrator" is missing from context-menu, you need to repair Windows before trying to install anything as there is obviously something wrong with your Windows installation.
