|Hello everyone, I have a excel file setup on a network that everyone can view, but I have the sheet protected so that only I can make changes. When I save my spreadsheet (which is about 8 pages long), I check to make sure the page breaks are in convenient places. I view print preview and everything looks good, so i save the file. Later when someone else opens the file on a different computer their print preview shows my spreadsheet with page breaks in different locations, with some whole pages being blank. I am trying to find out what I need to do to ensure that everyone viewing this file see's the exact same view as I do. Since other people print this spreadsheet.|
Using excel 2003
I have the page shared on the network, and the sheet is password protected.
If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.
