Specs: Windows 10, i5 /4GB
Hi

When i paste a set of data onto the cells ( paste as values), it need to click on the little Box and select Convert to Number . Since i need to paste and convert hundreds of sets, i would like to know if there is any chance this can be done automatically. So when i paste the data (values) it will do the conversion to numbers for me automatically.

Thanks for your time

I'm afraid there is no easy way to do this, they all involve an intermediary step.

If you are pressing each Green Triangle separately,
then you can select the whole cell range that contains the triangle and press it only once.

Here is another way, but it also involves another step and uses Copy/Paste/Special

I'm not sure if a Macro can read the cell and determine if it has the Green Triangle,
hopefully someone with a bit more Macro knowledge will reply.

A macro could probably be used, but we'd need more details. For example, if the data is always pasted into
the same location(s) it would be fairly simple to convert the data to numbers. The more details we have concerning your process, the easier it will be to offer suggestions.
