|Have you looked at the VLOOKUP function?|
VLOOKUP can search the first column of a table and return values from other columns in the same Row. e.g.
will return the value from Column B of Sheet1 in the same Row that your_value was found.
You should note that the "2" in the formula does not correspond to Column B specifically, it refers to Column 2 of the table A1:D10. If the table was F1:H10, the 2 would refer to Column G, the 2nd Column in the table.
