Hi. I'm trying to set up a spreadsheet that contains a yes/no dropdown section. I figured out how to implement this. Now I want that the next column is impacted by the yes/no selection.

To be specific: I want that if "no" is selected, one formula is used for the column next to the dropdown menu. If "yes" is selected, another one is used.

How can I link those together?

Thank you in advance!

With your Drop Down list in cell A1, something like:

=IF(A1="Yes",SUM(L1:L9),AVERAGE(R1:R9))

See how that works for you.
