hi beachyhbt,

First of all thanks for your intention and sorry for my bad English..
I am gonna try to explain if i can..

When i use copy function for the cell which i want to copy with copy button or control + c, clipping mask briefly shown but suddenly it disappear. When i paste it just copies the values.

İf i repeat to copy several times clipping mask stays and copy function works well.

Something wrong but i don't know what (

Not sure I know what you mean by the term "clipping mask" as it relates to Excel.

When i paste it just copies the values.

Is there an underlying formula, or does the cell have just data?

If there is just data, then Excel will paste the Data.

If there is a formula, then Excel will paste the Formula,
with no data.

If there is a formula, and you want to paste the Data,
then Right Click the mouse, select Paste Special, Values.

Mike, it is not a such kind of problem, I know how to paste just formulas, values, columns widths etc..

You know when you copy the cell it is flashing or something like that shows cell copied and ready for pasting to somewhere in anyway..

Mine is not flashing at once. Everytime I need to repeat copy action a few times to paste just formulas, as a picture or just links.

Briefly it is not copying at once at all.

Do you mean that the 1st time you press CTRL-C nothing happens?
When I press CTRL-C, the borders of the cell will "flash"
your not seeing this?
