Where is the input being entered?
Where do you want the output to go?

You need to provide more detail before we can offer any suggestions.

Keep in mind that we can't see your workbook from where we're sitting, so we only have the words in your post to work with.

Input A1, so user either type in text or leave it blank.

Output A3, based on input A1 , A3 will have output text accordingly.

✔ Best Answer
Try this...

=IF(A1=”I am a boy","This is a boy","No input given")

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you are going for. "This is a boy" is a pretty specific input. My formula will return "No input given" for any input that is not "This is a boy", which may not work for you.

If there are other inputs possible, even errors, then you'll need other outputs to handle them.

Again, we need more specifics before we can offer any more advice.
