|Ok, I tried just about everything. I have two columns of emails. Column A & B is a masterlist of names with email address. Column C is a list of emails replied from the master list. I need to compare B and C to see who has replied. I copied the master list and reply emails into excel. I wonder if they are somehow formated differently. If I type in a new entry on the master list and make a coorisponding email in the reply list and run a formula that one will show up, but not the others. So I know I have the formula right. I just can't figure out what is wrong with my data. I have tried conditional formating to find duplicates, but it did not find any. If I use FIND it does find the two same enteries. |

N having the master emails and P having the reply emails.
