excel 2007 macro to switch conditional formatting on and off

Hi There I Have conditionally formatted column A with 2 conditions I want to be able to switch this formatting on or off as required with a macro please

1 - Record a macro as you set the Conditional Formatting.
2 - Record another macro as you delete it.
3 - Assign each macro to a button to toggle between them.

The recorded code will be be bloated, meaning that it will have a bunch of "default" settings that aren't really needed. Cleaning up recorded code is a great way to learn VBA.
