Specs: Windows Vista
this is my situation.

I have text in column A and B,

I want to compare Column A against Column C, Like if A1 and C5 match, then in Column F, I would like for it to copy whats in Column B, if there is no match then leave it blank.

If I cant use conditional formatting, then what macro, or VB code would I need, if it's one of them.

Try this in Column F

=IF(ISERROR(MATCH(C1,$A$1:$A$32,0)),"",B1)

Put it in F1 and drag down as many rows as needed, it is currently set for 32 rows.
