Appears to me that to send email from Excel you just have to go to File and Send To. Select your email list/addresses and send.

Answers are only as good as the information you provide.
How to properly post a question:

I don't think I explained it properly. I have this document I send to a supplier. It goes to many people thoughout my company. With this document I also would like to send an attachment that's embedded within the document. When the supplier opens the attachment I would like for him to fill out the infomation in Excel and send back to 3 people in my company. This document has a hyperlink to my email , but it doesn't take along the doument with all the information, it just goes to my email. Will I need to learn VBA in Excel. I have no trouble in Access sending documents, but I don't know how to do it in Excel.

Your question is confusing. Are you emailing a Word Document as an attachment? And within the Word Document is a linked Excel workbook?

Yes I am sending a Word document to certain suppliers and within this Word document I would like to place an Excel document that the Suppliers, after they filled out the information that I need, would just click a button and send it back to my company. Is this possible?

I'm sorry. At work they only have MS 2003. They only use Office 2003. They have the licence for 2007 , but they haven't installed it yet.
