I have a spreadsheet that has a contact list with email addresses. If I wanted to send one email to multiple individuals on that contact list, is there a shortcut or hotkey when selecting the email addresses so that they generate in the same email? Right now, I click on one email address link and can only insert that single email address.

Would a VBA solution work for you?

There are several ways we could do this.

1) Remove the hyperlinks so that when you click on the email address it doesn't compose a new email. What we could do is, every time you click on an email address it adds that email address to a list which you can then copy paste into your email?

for example

A B C
1 A@A.com
2 B @B.com
3 C@C.com
4 D@D.com

Now each time you click on an email address in column A, it address that address to a cell, for example C1. So if I click on cell A1, then A3

C1 will have the following

A@A.com;B@B.com

You can then compose an email and copy paste addresses in C1 as a complete string.
Would this work for you?
