Specs: Windows XP
Outlook 2007 part of Office 2007. Only for one person, when having received notification of an email from him (name (email count)) I am not able to actually read it until the next day. The sender says this is only happening with me. All of the rest of my emails from everyone else are able to accessed immediately

Do you get an error msg?

No error messages. It does show that he has sent me an email and the count of emails but I cant open until the next day. It is the weirdest thing. All of the rest of my email folders work just fine, this is the only one it happens with.

I don't believe it's possible to do anything like that inherently in a mail. You could try other things, such as View source, move the mail to a different folder, save to file and then view - not as a workaround, but to try to find where the problem lies.

I never thought anything like this was possible either. I am not sure how to view source because I cant open it until the next day?
Are you saying create a new folder for his email and move it all to this new folder and see if that fixes it?
Are you saying to save the emails I have been able to open to a file and then read em? Because I can only see that there is a email that is sent but I don't have anyway to open it because it isn't listed in the - "From, Subject, Received, Size etc". It only shows as a count of unopened emails next to the folder. I have set up many folders with rules to sort the emails as they arrive. I don't see anything unusual in the rules for this one folder either. It is just really weird and annoying.

I don't have Outlook 07 so I don't know what it can do, but I was thinking of right-clicking, or going via the menus, and performing the other operations on it. Is there any View parameter that only shows mail of a certain age, that maybe this folder is set to?

Not that I am able to find. Everything seems the same for all folders.
