Hi, Could you help me on the following sheet?

Daily Cash Balance: $ 1.000

A B C

ok Pay 300

Pay 150

ok Incom. 400

Incom. 80My daily cash flow must be update only when the column A is set OK. Those rows had been added days, weeks or months ago, however when I'll finish the day I would like to see the Balance: $1.100. I have to translate the formula below to a Excel formula:

If column B = pay and column A = OK then Balance - Column C

If column B = Incom. and column A = OK then Balance + Column CThanks a lot

The table above is not clear... so, just to don't be confused, let's try again:

containt on column A: ok or null;

containt on column B: Pay or Incom.

containt on column C: amountA B C

ok Pay 300

null Pay 150

ok Incom. 400

null Incom. 80

If your using Excel 2007 then the =SUMIFS() function should get you what you want. If your data looks like this:

A B C 1) Balance $1,000.00 2) 3) ok Pay $300.00 4) Pay $150.00 5) ok Incom. $400.00 6) Incom. $80.00 7) 8) $1,100.00Then this formula in Cell C8 should get you what you want:

=SUMIFS(C3:C6,B3:B6,"Incom.",A3:A6,"ok")-SUMIFS(C3:C6,B3:B6,"Pay",A3:A6,"ok")+C1

MIKE

Cheers MIKE!!! I'm using 2010 version but works perfectly.

Thank you very much.
