COUNTIF if rows are equal in different places

February 14, 2011 at 06:56:01
Specs: Windows XP
Hello,
I want to be able to get all the number of times the values in column F are the same
and the number of times the values in column G are the same to be equal to 1.
Example:
F G
2 5
8 6
9 6
9 8
9 8

Answers should give (1,1,1,1,0) --. the time that F was the same and G was the same is twice, so it should return 1. The Zero is because it already calculated it to be one.

It is my considered opinion that your post makes no sense.

You are going to have to explain it differently.

re: "Answers should give (1,1,1,1,0)"

Answers to what?

re: "The Zero is because it already calculated it to be one"

It calculated it?

What "it"?

How can "it" be zero if it calculated "it" to be one?

Imagine that you are sitting where we are having no clue as to what you are trying to do. Would your post make sense to you?
